LanParte has been engaged in the design and manufacture of photographic equipment mounts for many years. We have professional R&D and design teams, self-owned factories, and self-developed products. All of our suction cup mounts and crab claw mounts are made of high-quality aluminum alloy and plastic materials which comply with national standard. Our factories are equipped with CNC lathes, CNC precision engraving machines, CNC machining centers, and laser engraving machines. Apart from providing you with our standard models of phone and camera mounts, we are also glad to provide you customization services based on your specific requirements and brilliant design. Metal Parts Production

All the metal parts are made of national standard approved high-quality aluminum alloy in two approaches: CNC machining and lathe processing.

CNC machining: our engineers will set the production process based on the specifications and dimensions of design drawings. Each part will go through its own unique processes. Our precise and systemic approach to production reduces loss and guarantees the quality of our products.

Lathe processing: we design and develop specific components of lathe based on each part’s features to achieve fast and large-scale production. We have every machine controlled by a staff member to ensure effective production.After being processed, the parts will be deburred, washed and dried, as well as subject to surface treatment of sandblasting and anodizing.

Plastic Parts Production

The plastic parts are mass produced by LanParte’s self-developed molds using high-quality TPU plastic materials.The plastic parts will be inspected by our dedicated quality personnel, who will deburr the parts.

Parts Assembly

All the metal and plastic parts after produced will be sent to the assembly department, where different parts will be assembled by different staff members.

Packaging & Shipping

After assembly, parts will go through quality inspection by shipping department and be packed and delivered. The shipping department is equipped with specialized packaging assembly line which greatly improves the shipment process.
