This is a pair, 300mm/12" 19mm Support Rods from Lanparte features a lightweight steel construction, designed to reduce your rig's weight. Use them with any 19mm-based accessory or bridge plate. It is chamfered at each end to ease sliding accessories on and off and has a hollow interior providing for maximum strength.
