How to mount the BMPCC 4K with Focus Motor on the DJI Ronin-S?

Since the BlackMagic pocket camera 4K and the DJI Ronin-S gimbal released, more and more people want to use them together. But the BMPCC 4K camera is too wide to mount on the DJI Ronin-S gimbal. In this case, LanParte made an offset plate and well solved this problem. And then, we found a new problem that it will be hard to balance when the BMPCC 4K camera mount a big lens with a Focus Motor.
